The Belmont Collection Limited ("Belmont", "we") is a property management company registered in England and Wales, company number 17130346, VAT registration 522 2369 15. What we collect
When you request an earnings audit, listing improvement plan, forecast, or contact us through this website, we collect the details you provide in the form:
- Your name, email address, and (if you choose to give it) phone number
- Details about your property: area, postcode, bedroom count, current letting status, and any listing links or notes you share
Our hosting provider (Netlify) also processes standard technical logs — such as IP addresses — to serve and secure the website. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and this site does not set cookies.
Why we collect it
We use your information to prepare the property-specific report you requested, respond to your enquiry, and — where you have asked us to — discuss our management services with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We do not send marketing emails without your consent, and we never sell or share your details with third parties for their marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are captured by Netlify Forms (our hosting platform) and delivered to our team by email. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We share property details with trusted service providers only as needed to deliver the service you have requested, and never for their own use.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, in case you return to the conversation. If you become a client, information is retained for the duration of our agreement and as required by law (for example, accounting records). You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, and receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email stay@thebelmontcollection.com — we respond to every request personally. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers. Links to external sites (such as WhatsApp or Rightmove) are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update this page and the date above. Significant changes will be flagged clearly.
