What I do at Belmont
I run owner acquisition and revenue modelling. Every earnings audit is built by me against achieved Land Registry transactions and current rates for that specific building and bedroom count, not a borough average. I also run the lease and planning check before any property is taken on, which is where most London short-let arrangements fail.
Background
I co-founded Belmont with my brother Omar in March 2026, after 10 years in marketing and commercial roles across GCC, North European and UK markets. We started it because the volume managers treat a Belgravia flat and a Zone 3 studio as the same product, and they are not. I have modelled 10 prime central London properties against achieved transaction data across our six postcodes. Belmont carries £5m public liability and professional indemnity cover, and is a member of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS059058).
What I write about
I write the owner resources on this site: London's 90-day rule, the Renters' Rights Act, the abolition of the Furnished Holiday Lettings regime, short-let insurance and liability, and what prime central London property actually earns under short-let and mid-term management.
Contact
Owners can reach me through the contact page, or request a free earnings audit for a specific property. My brother Omar runs operations and the concierge.
